ETH3NA Creative is a business that offers strategic planning, business coaching to executives, and has a marketing agency all wrapped into one convenient package, which seeks, through a creative and human vision, to generate a positive impact not only within the brands and businesses we work with, including the effects on the people around them.

Strategy is your business's game plan. Strategy identifies your target, sets your foundation, and ensures you stay focused. I work with the business owners and stakeholders directly to write your business's strategic plan. These plans should remain agile and flexible.

We are versatile, personal, proudly different and with great determination, straddle between the worlds of strategy and emotionality, focusing only on solutions without losing the human and creative touch that characterizes us and an individual brand.
Marketing breathes life into your strategy. Marketing also is your unified voice that all communications should stem from, driving customer confidence and brand equity. I research and plan 6-12 months of marketing tasks and activities. Pre-planning aids in staying on top of deploying consistent content. Content is key.

I offer coaching to executives when it comes to building and maintaining a strong, honest and trust-worthy culture.
